Matthew is 7 months old!

I know that I have neglected this blog for quite some time now, so there is plenty of stuff that has happened in the past 8 months. Matthew is now 7 months old and he seems to be really close to being on the verge of crawling. Right now he has finally learned to roll over onto his back from his stomach, though he has been able to go from back to stomach for at least a couple of months now. Matthew has been in daycare since July for three days per week, and the other two days he spends with the Fulton Grandparents.

Robyn is back at work since July and she is enjoying her work immensely. She just bought a stair-climbing machine because she wants to get back into shape. She and I have also bought a new minivan, because that is, afterall, the obligatory step to immersing ourselves in the bland suburban lifestyle of the nuclear family. But we're happy with that, so it's all good!

Scott, genius that he is, went ahead and signed up for yet another Ironman (Arizona!) in April. Therefore, he will be going on long, cold bike rides throughout the winter as well as long runs. Maybe get in a swim or two in the interim. The whole family, including his parents, will be heading to Tempe, AZ for the occasion. Maybe this time he will actually finish!! He is still working at Franklin Templeton and is taking a class in Flash, which is pretty interesting.

Grandparents John and Beverly Fulton are doing well, and they love looking after Matthew twice a week. Beverly has retired from Apple back in June, and now she is enjoying her retirement.
